Speak up! The session is about you and I want to cater it to your wants and needs. Massage therapists love in-the-moment feedback about techniques and pressure; especially if you don’t like something.

Absolutely! I leave space between massage sessions so you get the full time on the massage table.

If you are late:
I will do my best to accommodate you if I have the time in my day however; if I have a client booked right after you, your session will still end on time.
If you need to cancel:
I ask that you do so 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Please and thank you.

No, I require scheduling to be done 24 hours in advance of your desired appointment time.

That is completely up to you and your comfort level. Some people prefer to leave undergarments on while others prefer to be completely nude.
I will always ensure that you are draped with a sheet or towel and only expose the area of the body that I am working on. Your breast tissue and genitals will NEVER be exposed.

That is up to you! Some people enjoy conversation during their massage and find that it helps them relax while others prefer silence. Sometimes that changes sessions to session. Let me know how you’re feeling about it at the start of your session.
Either way please communicate your needs regarding adjusting temperature, pressure, etc. during your session.

That is completely up to you! I have worked at many post race events so I am used to massaging someone who is sweaty.
I do ask that you come to your appointment free of fragranced products like lotions or perfumes. -
No, it is a contraindication for massage therapy and can alter your ability to give consent and adequate feedback.

No problem! I will take it as a complicate and an indication that you’re relaxed.

Touch can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which can result in an erection. There is no need to feel guilty! It is never my intention to arouse you. If there is a technique that does so please let me know to stop that technique.
I have a zero tolerance policy surrounding sexual advances and will terminate your session if I feel that boundary is not respected.
